Had to drop off the car for an issue with a grinding sound when I’d turn my wheel slowly. Dealership got me in quickly, gave me the new 2024 Impreza as a loaner to test out, and kept me updated with how things were going. Everyone was super kind and genuinely concerned. Turns out it was a simple issue which I’m thankful for. They never treated me less than (definitely an experience many women have had and I hate having to correct people about my knowledge of working on cars b/c I don’t think it should be necessary). I don’t think I’d feel comfortable going to another dealership after experiencing this level of customer service - the 30 minute drive is well worth it. Shout out to one of the service managers (I think her name was Ashley)!

So I bought a used vehicle from Garber in Webster. First let me say if you need a wonderful salesperson, it is Anthony Suero. He is no pressure, authentic, impressionable and very helpful. As far as the dealership goes, it is top notch. I had a couple of minor issues (the vehicle is used after all) and the service dept. is terrific. They are polite, clean facility and took it in and fixed it right away, no charge. I highly recommend Anthony and Garber.
