Took my 2021 Crosstrek to Garber for an oil change, tire rotation and New York State inspection. I made an appointment which was very easy. People were fantastic. The reason for 4 stars in stead of 5 was because I had to wait longer than expected. I do appreciate that Garber gave me some money off my visit because of the wait but it was still longer than I was originally told and I had to take an important call from work on my phone which caused me to not have some information in front of me that was needed for the call. ...

Had an awesome experience getting my car serviced. Many chevy dealerships didn’t help out fixing my 2024 Chevy Trax which had an evap leak but Garber helped me out a lot and fixed the issue. Christian provided excellent customer service as well. Highly recommend going to Garber.

The Front / Rear assist chip was not available when purchasing my Tahoe. I scheduled an appointment for service and everything went smoothly. I had an appointment for 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Something I had had done there a few times before and usually took less than an hour. This time however the service took closer to two hours! So why such a good rating you might ask - the customer service rep came an apologized for the delay and made me feel my wait time was very important to them too and better yet the entire service was free of charge!!!

I brought my car in to have a mirror replaced. They replaced the mirror quickly. I had also asked them to take a look at the tires as my tire pressure light was on. We determined that I needed 4 new tires. Rather than having to wait for additional time for this services, they quickly provided me a beautiful loaner to drive so the work could be completed the next day. Overall everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful.
