i walk into the service area and am instantly greeting by Michael, he pulls up my account and notes the service that is needed. My service was completely within the hour. Michael was very professional and polite. Very pleased with overall the entire visit. I will continue to get my car serviced there.

From the moment that i arrived at the service center to when i drove off the lot, my experience was beyond my expectations. I was greeted by Michael who assisted me through the whole process, he walked me and my two daughters to the waiting room and made sure we were comfortable. The service on my car was done in a timely fashion and Michael pulled my car to the front door and even opened the doors for me to get my girls in. Amazing customer service. Thank you

I have been going to Graber/Doyle for service for many years. Recently they got a new shuttle vehicle. The old one was nice but was showing it wear. The new one is very nice it even had XM radio in it. That one little thing XM radio was so nice to listen to it made my experience great. I hope you keep the XM radio in your shuttle vehicle as I use it every time I come in for service.
