Service was on time and friendly

Don’t go to Garber Chevy in Webster. I bought a car there had it for 4 months. They sold me a lemon. They wanted $4000 just for the diagnosis of the car. Everything was wrong with it. They had no regrets.

I’m happy to report a continued positive experience with BOTH Garber service facilities, Chevrolet for our Equinox EV and 2500HD truck, as well as our Subaru Forester. Excellent personal service, good communication and easy scheduling.

Michael Inzinga was the best salesman we have ever dealt with in our lifetime. He made the process quick, and painless. Fred Johnson made all the signing paperwork easy and quick. All the staff were inviting and have earned a customer for life.

The service representative Michael Maccino was very pleasant, took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me with respect. The over all service on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. The staff a Garber provide excellent service.

I left the truck for 24 hours and there wasn’t even a diagnosis for the sound coming from the gears shifting . I'm not really sure if they even rotated the tires because the lug nuts still have road film on them and rear tires had less tread. Also my registration sticker was not put on.
